Shopping Outing!

I don't remember when is the last time I actually do proper clothes shopping in a mall. (・_・) Ever since my otaku level goes up, I become lazier to step out of the room. Yes, you've heard it right, ZE ROOM. lol I think sooner or later I might start smelling like mold wtf. Or maybe I already have that moldy smell but nobody dare to tell me. =.= fml. 

So yesterday, I  finally went shopping with boyfie and his housemates @ 1U because I don't wanna miss the year end sales. ☆ But I only manage to pick up one sales item that I like in the end haha I guess I should have went shopping last month. (´ε｀ )  

And yup, all these photos are snapped with bf's iPon, which explains why they're all noisy and blur. In fact, I did brought my dslr along but I left the memory card at home. Sighs, I even forgot to recharge my phone. Oh well, sometimes I think I'm retarded.. =.= 

 I had my brow pencil sharpen and trimmed my brows again at Shu Uemura. I'm suppose to pluck away the excessive hair myself to maintain the shape but I'm too busy and lazy to do it. (╥﹏╥)

 There was Miss Tourism International competition going on at the ground floor. Lucky Win. (=ε= )

 Our Paradise ice cream dish! My favorite flavor for this one has got to be the Raspberry Sorbet! I love refreshing fruity ice cream.

My hair looks super flat and thin now as it grew longer =\ I hate that. 

My shopping hauls for the day. Only two shops and I'm already tired and end up at Haagen Dazs to nom aisu. (¬ε¬) I also forgot to get my bathing form from L'occitane. T.T Phone out of battery so I cannot look into my shopping check list. ㅠㅅㅠ

 

Settled our dinner at Sakae. There was this huge mirror right beside where we sat. How convenient. Muahaha.

Kawaii Nail Art.

Some quick nail arts I did over the past few weekends. I won't be posting any tutorials since all these doesn't really require any special techniques and I used a lot of ready made stuffs like nails stickers, mini metal balls, glitters, Fimo nail art canes etc. ♪(´ε｀ ) Also, I've introduced most of the tools and brushes I used, so they're pretty much all you need for these, don't wanna make my posts seem repetitive. (･ｘ･)

Nail Art #1.

 I don't know what theme was this. lol Some girly lacey nonsense wht turf. I've used white lace nail stickers, strawberry Fimo canes and some glitter powder for this nail art. It's pretty simple and quick but you just have the get the layering sequence right so they won't become too thick and end up having uneven surface. #phailexperience 

Nail Art #2.

These are the color polishes that I've used for this one. I left most of my polishes at home so I was somewhat squeezing my brain juice of what to paint (=﹏=) since all I have with me were few bottles of very limited color choices, I was also downgraded to times where I have to use toothpicks to create nail art lol! BUT it turned out to become my favorite one! haha! (=ε=) #successkid.jpg

Win kept telling me that my bunny looks very scary with those black hole eyes. LOL (ㅠㅅㅠ)

My new Skin Food nail polish. Glittery Pink. I was at first worried that it will not look good on me since the color is kind of neon, but it turns out really pretty cause the polish is a bit sheer. (-ᴥ-)♥ Skin Food polishes are really smooth and easy to apply but one thing about it is that it thickens up quite fast compare to my other nail polishs D:  #basedonpastexperience  In fact, I went to Skin Food to actually look for THIS yummy-colored Fruit Drink Nail Series. (╥﹏╥) But no luck, since local stores don't seem to have it yet. 

How can anyone not love the lollipop candy-looking bottle? (≧ε≦)

Nail Art #3.

Quite a fail product cause it looks very messy. =\ I did it before bed time and I was sleepy so I rushed to finish the whole thing. (._.) The theme is cheerful Christmas so I added a lot of ribbons, gifts and all other colourful nonsense. Anyway, I'm gonna make a more neat and decent Christmas-themed nail art next time. Hopefully I'll manage to spare out some time again before Christmas. (´ε｀ )

Terraria.

So, I've been spending the weekend and last few days on this game called Terraria. (instead of doing works I'm supposed to fml =.=) It is an action-packed adventure indie game by Re-Logic. The game play is kind of similar to Minecraft, I've never try it personally but I guess I will after playing this. :D They remind me of Lego! favorite childhood toy! Speaking of Lego, there will be a Legoland in JB soon! Even though it's kind of far from here but I really can't wait to see it! (aihs but why themed restaurants and interesting places are all in JB =3=)

Anyway, Terraria has mad cute pixel graphics like Maple which is one of the reasons why it successfully attracted me. XD Another reason is that it is full of things to explore! It has different spots scattered all over the place for treasure, resources digging and discovery. There're just too much fun.

Exploring the underworld which is full of pools of lava. Super dangerous place when you have sucky weapons and you can't fly. D: 

The Hallow - My favorite place in Terraria! It has super cute rainbow-coloured trees, glowy pixie, and unicorns! However they're not friendly. :( It seems that except bunnies, no other creatures in Terraria is friendly to us humans.. T_T

The next game that I'm gonna try is L.A. Noire! But of course, it won't be soon before I done with all the school works. Meh. =3=

Colourful Leopard-prints Nail Art and 3D Gyaru Nail Art

This post is all about the nail arts that I did during these two weeks time! ♥

The first one that I'm gonna share about is this colourful leopard-printed nail art. If you know me well, you'll certainly know that I'm normally not an animal print person, I don't own anything with animal prints except crocodile and other similar reptile prints, the rest are simply too wild and sexy for me. (>~<") But I was being lazy that day and it so happened that I stumbled across a colorful leopard print nail art photo painted with neon colored dots. It looks good and easy to make, ♪( ´▽｀) so I decided to try it.

I'm using pastel colors and a white base here for my leopard prints. (^o^)/* So it wouldn't look so bold and wild. The photo above are the nail polishes that I've used. :D hehe.

 Then, use a brown nail color to paint the 'edges' on. I'm using brown instead of black for the purpose of toning it down too. I think bronze or a soft gold color will also turn out nice. ♪(=ε= )

After that, apply a layer of topcoat and tadaa! Nails are done in less than erm 10-15 minutes? haha.

The topcoat that I'm currently using is Seche Vite™ dry fast top coat.  It's super thick and awesome! It dries up really fast and leaves your nail glossy. And the best thing is that, you don't even have to wait for the bottom layer to dry when applying! Woots! Saves me plenty of time. (=ε=) Seriously a must-have item if you love playing with your nails. After applied this, my nail lasted for almost 2 weeks without chipping! ♪( ´▽｀)

These are obviously not my fingers hahah! Sis wanted a simple and girly nail art so I did this for her. I also did another one for mum that day lol but since they look almost the same (mum wanted a simpler one =ε="), so I didn't take picture of it.

I finally received a new batch of nail art decos that I bought from Nail Princess Gallery yesterday! The reason I keep buying from this shop is because they're selling everything at a very cheap price and there's a whole lot of pretty nail decos to choose from! ♡♡♡ 

My favorite buy this time is definitely the 3D gel nail art pen! 

(Wanted to get it last time but it was out of stock) :( 

It is similar to the normal art pen but what's awesome is that it produces 3D results similar to arcylic and gel nails! (≧▽≦) It is a bit watery and not as sharp but I think it's really good enough. It doesn't need a lot of troublesome procedures like acrylic and gel and it's quite cheap too.

This is my first attempt! :D - Gyaru Nails! 

I only do heavy-decorated nails once in a while cause they're very time-consuming to make. (╥﹏╥) and I always end up decorating only my left hand sobs. Anyone willing to help me with my right hand? lol XD

 The 3D-looking bow, flowers, heart and gem are all made using the gel pen. ♡

Make sure you have a thick base applied on because I don't know what it might do to your nails =\ It is in fact recommended to use it the other way which I will show later. :)

Also, I used a shimmery/clear colored nail polish this time to replace the glue because somehow it makes my nails weak and it's a pain in the ass to wash off! Argh! (＞人＜;)

I really love the Victorian-looking pearl/gem design on my thumb nail! This is how it looks without flash. :P I did not manage to find one as large as this so I made it myself using the gel pen and some shimmery chips. :P

So this is the other way of using the gel pen. It's like making cookies! hahaha. First you get the basic shape done on a piece of plastic/glass or laminated paper, leave it to dry. After that, start coloring up the details with nail colors. Easy as that. :D You can keep them to use as stickers or nail decos. ♪( ´▽｀)  There are also other colors available in the shop (you can get them in a set) but they're all very bright/neon colors which I don't really fancy so I only bought the white ones ♪( ´θ｀)ノ

My 21st Birthday Pressies.

Ok lah, this is a very very late birthday post which I was suppose to update few weeks ago. And this was not even what I initially wanted to post today haha XD but since I was transferring and editing photos from my camera, I thought I might as well get them all done at one time. ( ´ε｀)ノ♪

In fact, the reason I've been dragging to post this is because I don't really have anything much to write about. lol! My 21st birthday this year was a fairly quiet one, can't really celebrate it or go out on that day since it was the first day class started for this semester fml (>~<) and so I certainly did not expect to receive any gifts from anyone other than family and boyfie haha because he already got me an early birthday gift during our trip to sg. :P 

After the class on the next day of my birthday, Huan passed me a paper bag with a silver box beautifully wrapped inside! (>///<) ♥ haha! I was like (☆o☆) when I saw this card inside the bag! XD It's a hand-made card! I love hand-made cards cause they're much more personal and heart warming. ♪( ´▽｀) I actually have that habit of collecting letters/cards and even little hand drawn/written memos since young lol Most of them are from those times where internet was not so commonly used yet. *feels great nostalgia* (>~<) Ok back to the topic. (=ε=)

Unfortunately  I don't have ear piercings and since its ear studs I cannot transform it to ear clips or anything (╥﹏╥) 小红 suggested that I should use it as badges instead which I think is a pretty good idea! :P 

And tadaa! My first birthday pressie that boyfie gt for me in sg XD Even though I'm a fan of Rilakkuma and Korilakuma, I don't really own a hug-gable sized plush of them, so Win got one for me on our last day in sg :P Finally a huggable Korilakuma added into my collection! (≧▽≦)

And no, Korila didn't came with the red shirt on XD HAHA Korila 'borrowed' it from Coffee (=ε=) and somehow it makes him looks like a chinaman (with that red hat) lmao.
